Combining email, voicemail, and fax capabilities in a single browser interface, onebox.com was the first company to truly consolidate wired users' myriad communication needs.
In designing the user interface for this service, I sought to improve upon established browser-based email applications and thus differentiate the site from its competitors. The resulting UI features a single "InBox" for all incoming communications, a user-friendly means of navigation, and a fun and inviting color scheme.
A few months following the web application's initial launch, a frames-based layout was designed and launched as an alternate to the standard tables-based interface.
