Treatment 1: The most straightfoward, easily identifiable icons of the three treatments. Probably best for end-user/consumer use. I tend to think that web browsers should remain neutral so as not to oversahdow the content of the web pages they display, so I kept the icons grayscale and as inobtrusive as possible in each of these mockups.
Treatment 2: The same icons as above, but with a subtler and slightly metalicized treatment. Probably too understated for real-world use.
Treatment 3: Isometric versions of the icons from Treatments 1 and 2. These seem to fit better with the BeOS style, but the Reload icon isn't legibile enough in my opinion. In a perfect world I'd probably rework it, but given that this project was done on spec...
