This User Interface Specification is the fourth such document I produced for 2Bridge Software's "2Share" web application. An extension of the UI design work I did on the same product, this specification sought to document 2Share's many UI widgets, controls, and windows, placing a face on the application's features and functionality. The UI Spec pictured at right was part of a wholesale redesign of the application, in which virtually every component was redesigned to conform to a new user model. Written to coordinate the efforts of the engineering, marketing, and QA teams working on the redesign, the document introduced UI concepts that while common to desktop software, were new to a browser-based app such as 2Share.
